News -> Honduras Mobile Dialing Plan Change

02/27/2007 Comfi has been informed that the telecommunications regulatory body in Honduras has activated a dialing plan change to all Honduran mobile numbers, effective today, February 27, 2007.

The Honduran regulatory agency will require all calls to mobile numbers to dial an extra number after the country code "504".

Today, all Honduran mobile numbers are 10 digits and belong to the following dial codes:

• + 504 + 3XXXXXX
• + 504 + 8XXXXXX
• + 504 + 9XXXXXX

The mandate will change all Honduran mobile numbers to 11 digits and create the following new dial codes:

• + 504 + 3 + 3XXXXXX
• + 504 + 9 + 8XXXXXX
• + 504 + 9 + 9XXXXXX

Please use these new dial codes when you call to Honduras Mobile.
